The service uses a strictly necessary cookie to connect your browser to your own participant session. It does not contain the case data itself and is not used for advertising or tracking across sites.

When you choose English or French, the selected interface language is stored locally and in a small preference cookie. This does not create an account and is not used for tracking.

Only with your permission, we record non-personal start steps on our own server and Google Ads measures completion of each participant’s details after confirmation by the server. A page view or button click is not a conversion. No Google tag is loaded before consent or when you decline. Personalised advertising and enhanced conversions are disabled.

Google receives a measurement ID that is not secret to prevent duplicates, a cleaned page reference and technical data such as IP address, browser information and ad click information. We do not send form data, contact details, case contents or access codes.

Google Ads cookies such as _gcl_aw and _gcl_au generally last up to 90 days. Your cookie choice and, after consent, measurement IDs are stored locally for up to 180 days. We do not save declined conversions for later transmission.

Open Settings, leave ad measurement off and save your preferences to continue without optional cookies. Use Cookie settings in the footer to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal stops future conversion measurements and removes this site’s advertising cookies; it does not undo earlier measurements. This choice does not affect your document or lead storage.
