Complete together, each separately
How to arrange your energy transfer together
The departing and incoming people complete their information separately. You do not have to be online at the same time, and neither person enters contact or supplier details on behalf of the other.
Protected for each person
In three steps
- Choose the region and your role. Then enter the address, meter readings and your contact details.
- Confirm your details and send the invitation link to the other person.
- Review the same final version together, confirm it separately and download exactly the same PDF.
What is shared and what remains private at first
The address, transfer date, EAN codes, meter numbers and meter readings are shared transfer details. Each person can review and change them. A change makes earlier confirmations invalid.
Your contact and supplier details are initially visible only to you. Once you have both finished entering your information, you can review the complete document.
Confirmation and what happens next
Each person confirms the same final version separately. You both then receive the same PDF; it is not sent to a supplier automatically.
Each person reports the transfer to their own energy supplier and follows that supplier’s current instructions.
Region and special situations
You can use this form for an address in Flanders. The Brussels and Wallonia pages point to the responsible official channels. If someone is absent, there has been a bereavement or separation, or authority is unclear, the service does not decide on anyone’s behalf.
