As a departing tenant
As a departing tenant, you are usually the departing customer: the person responsible up to the transfer date.
Step by step
- Record readings on the key handover date.
- Check the separate EAN code for each selected energy carrier.
- Enter your own contact details and your energy supplier’s details.
- Invite the person taking over to enter their own details.
- Notify your own supplier of the move as early as possible.

- Your new address is a separate supply point and needs a separate document.
- If you cannot reach the other person, keep your own evidence and notify your supplier.
