Help when moving home
Each address needs its own document
The address you leave and the address you move to are separate supply points. One document never automatically covers both addresses.
Complete each address separately
- Create a document for one address first.
- Review and keep the PDF for that supply point.
- Then start a new document for the other address.
- Check the address, transfer date, energy supplies, EAN codes, people and meter readings again.
Moving across a regional border
You can use Energieovername for the Flemish address. For an address in Brussels or Wallonia, follow the responsible regional procedure; one Flemish document does not cover the other region.
