Google Ads conversion measurement

With your separate consent, Google Ads measures confirmation of your details after they have been saved by the server. This consent is independent of your document, lead storage and choice about telephone contact. Declining does not affect those services.

Google receives a measurement ID that is not secret, a cleaned page reference and technical data such as IP address, browser information and ad click information. Form data, contact details and access codes are not sent. Enhanced conversions and personalised advertising are disabled.

Google Ireland Limited processes measurement data, potentially outside the European Economic Area. Read Google’s privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy and our Cookies page. Withdraw consent at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of the page.

Your personal details stay protected

Which case information we process

The shared part includes the address, transfer date, EAN codes, meter numbers and readings. Each participant also enters their own name, contact details and supplier information.

The other participant cannot enter or change your private details for you. Once both parts are ready, they are shown together in the final version that you both review.

Telephone contact after completion

Confirming your details creates a completion record. Before completion, we explain which limited contact, supplier and document details are retained and ask whether you object to telephone contact about energy advice.

If you object, the number is suppressed. If you do not object, the call status remains pending until a separate operational DNCM check is clear. Only then can the record enter the protected call export. Your objection does not affect access to the document or final PDF.

Session and invitation link

A strictly necessary session cookie connects your browser to your own session. The cookie contains no case details.

The invitation code is removed from the address bar after opening. The server stores only a cryptographic fingerprint of it. Whoever has the link can open the document as the invited participant, so share it only with the other participant. The link is not formal identity verification.

Retention

Cases, access fingerprints, data retained for later telephone contact and the final PDF are stored protected in the application database. The PDF is not on a public download location.

A participant session expires after 24 hours without activity and at most after 14 days. An incomplete case is stored for no more than 30 days. The final PDF is stored for no more than 90 days after completion.

Confirmation and PDF

Each confirmation belongs to one exact final version. A substantive change makes earlier confirmations invalid. Once both participants have confirmed the same version, one PDF is stored and made available to them.
