What if the other person is absent or refuses?
You can collect your own evidence and report the situation, but Energieovername can complete a joint document only with two people.
What you can check
- Record the date and meter readings as accurately as possible.
- If appropriate, take clear dated photos for your own evidence; do not upload them to this tool.
- Report the move and the situation directly to your own supplier.
- Keep correspondence and other evidence for yourself.
- Let your supplier or network operator assess and process the situation further.
What this service cannot resolve
Energieovername does not decide who is legally right and does not assess a mandate or authority. If you cannot complete the document together, follow your supplier’s procedure directly.
If the other person joins later
You can start the document and invite the other person later. The other person also needs to enter their details and confirm the document before it can be completed.
